With regard to breakfast I have finally learned that taking small incremental steps works really well for me (only taken about 48 years to get this message so just now I am focusing on eating within an hour of getting up.
But would welcome some ideas about how to make porridge high protein. My husband and I eat usually have a bowl of porridge made with Oat milk, chopped banana and dried prunes followed by a slice of wholegrain toast and peanut butter but I'm guessing the porridge and toast count only as complex carbs??
