ideas for using tahini ( sesame seeds butter ) and sun-butter

Hi all,

I'm allergic to nuts and peanuts, and I found a jar for sale ( usually these are super expensive! ) of tahini, unsalted and no sugar added. Same for sunbutter - the organic variety.

Do you recommend using this similarly to peanut butter, like perhaps with whole-grain toast? Maybe with some Wasa crackers? That could even be breakfast ( the protein plus the complex carb. )

Thank you all. I really like sunbutter especially, tahini can be quite bitter. I want to work towards radiant recovery while still trying to eat things I LIKE lol.
