Re: YLD! from an Eating Disordered Perspective

lovely lovely post Jan

: Feeling understood is a powerful
: thing, isn't it?

oh yes !

YLD spoke to me so much also because I could SEE straightaway how my brain chemicals were working with me

and I'm laughing too because I didn't want to have anything to do with a Potato book. I wasn't planning on going anywhere near potatoes. And I didn't even LIKE sweet things - although they affected me just the same as the bread and cereal type things that compelled me. I read PnP later on though and enjoyed the science in it tremendously. But YLD explained everything about me.

, I now don't think that
: extra pudge around my middle is
: the source of all my problems and
: that my top priority in life
: should be to make it vanish. :h3)

:h4) :h11) :h10) :h12)

Brilliant. So peaceful isn't it. I was absolutely driven. I haven't lost any curiosity and interest I thrive on reading and research, but from a non driven place my weight maintenance is a pleasant hobby :h6)

so pleased for you.
