Community

I am new to RR and the community posts are very helpful. Of course when I began I wanted everything all at once but have begun again with Step One and being compassionate with myself. I am trusting that "doing the food" will eventually heal my body chemistry although a part of me has difficulty believing it!
I have a dairy/whey sensitivity ( not allergy ) which takes away some of my protein options but I still find plenty of options for breakfasts. :h2)
