Hi Lindy
When I started the program, I added a lot of dairy protein at first, and discovered that my sinuses were not at all happy with that. I was used to eating unusual breakfasts because when I was growing up, my sister and I didn't like the typical breakfast options, so we used to eat things like soup and ritz crackers with peanut butter, or leftover pizza. So I ate regular dinner food for breakfast for a while. I stirred salsa into my scrambled eggs since I was avoiding cheese. Then I started having protein shake with almond milk. That works well for me and I've been having that for years now.

What have you found that you like for breakfast?
