: Hi everyone!
I just wanted to share today how I am doing a few things to support myself on this journey. Along with DTF I actively seek ways to help me mentally and physically. I read books for enjoyment or ones that support living the way I envision it can be, watch inspiring TED talks and get out in nature. Today is rainy so I chose a bright colored print top to wear; a small thing with subliminal benefits, I think. I also know that I feel better with some sort of exercise so I promised myself (2) fifteen minute sessions of exercise. Before breakfast it was yoga stretches and later, movement to music which I really love to do. I also just happened to find on the Web "47 favorite egg recipes..." with 15 that top my list for trying. Be kind to everyone today-especially you! Lindy
