that is huge! I am the same way. I feel that when I have excess sugar, wow my moods and emotions are absolutely insane. IT's just like Kathleen talked about in her books. it's that dr jekyl / ms hyde effect - when I get my sugar, I can see how I am this excited, bubbly person, soothed by my 'drug' adn when I crave it, I become so cranky and snappy! But with my food journaling because I think I'm more accountable for what I eat, I've naturally reduced the sugar quantity and finding that the protein helps me stay a LOT more sane.
