: Hello, Radiant Ones!

: I have a really great homemade OAT
: cracker recipe to share – it makes
: a wonderful “brown” to add to your
: meals, or works great as a snack
: to have with some cheese.

: -Sprinkle 1/3 c. steel cut oats
: evenly into a sprayed glass pie
: plate;
: -Evenly sprinkle over the oats
: whatever seasoning you like. (I
: use a little Trader Joe’s
: Everything-but-the Bagel Seasoning
: blend, a little Penzey’s toasted
: onion, and a little Penzey’s
: rosemary.)
: -Gently pour 1 cup of water over the
: oats and spices. DO NOT STIR.
: -Microwave on high for 18 minutes
: (time varies depending on your
: microwave – 18 minutes wasn’t
: enough for me. 19 minutes was too
: much – 18:30 was the sweet spot
: )
: -Let cool for a few minutes then
: gently lift the cracker out of the
: pie plate.

: Enjoy!
