: Hi Community!
Here's something completely new for me. I have NEVER had a problem eating meals but this morning I was not hungry at breakfast time. It gave me a little insight into the struggles of those of you who have this problem! Anyway, I had a breakfast of an egg and potato pancake and added a protein drink because I just couldn't think of chewing and swallowing more! Here it is time for lunch and again I am not hungry. Of course, I will eat because I am seeing how DTF keeps the journey smoother and I can sidestep the pitfalls. It occurs to me that today food seems more of what it was always meant to be: enjoyable nutrition not something I HAVE to have NOW and a LOT of it! I am seeing that by DTF, other things I have been desperately trying to make happen are just happening: a good night's sleep (8 last night. I can't even remember when that has occurred w/o a sleep aid of some sort), enjoying my food but not having it foremost in mind, and good moods that are lasting!!
