Okay, you guys got me.
Last night after eating all my (reduced-portion) food for the day and just before bedtime, I had desperate cravings and made myself a substantial sugary snack to get relief! I haven't done this since I've been on the program except for the couple of times I had my breakfast or lunch way too late.
Okay, I see that this is what happens when I start playing around and testing something different.
I guess it is my eating disorderish ways coming up again: convincing myself that I truly am overstuffed when in reality my terror of the bit of pudge on my stomach is making me think that I am eating too much food!
