I have to admit I did the steps without wheat. This was because I had stopped wheat years previously - the attraction of it being worse than sugar to me for some reason and it made me sad and anxious. So I had no dilemma at all there.
as for everything else, being an impatient sort, I was playing with all things and eyeing things suspiciously
I think I did better on step seven with my detective hat on though. because then all the noise of everything else had gone away. Got clearer to see. And really, step seven was when my journal got so much clearer. And I got better at hearing. Or to be honest, taking proper notice of myself instead of ignoring the perfectly good hearing I had always had
LOL, good fun. I hope your things calm down soon. it sounds a right nuisance for you. I can pass along what was shared with me, one of my favourite 'sayings' which was ..... focus on the solution and not the problem Solutions being delicious, that was my easiest to engage with
