Feeling Blah

I felt so great last two weeks and now I got the blahs. I have had a few days with no good food and noticed how depressing it can be that I am not taking care of myself. I usually had the sweet fruit after meals for my sugar and since I have not went grocery shopping I noticed I have eaten candy chocolate or ice cream while I am out. I am not giving up. Just trying to remember I am on step #1 and as long as I am eating my breakfast I don't have to throw in the towel....but still it sucks to feel so down after feeling so great. :s2( :s6(
