: Im on Step 7 although I had a rough
: time recently, had my appendix
: taken out so my diet went down the
: tubes while I didnt feel like
: eating much, so got off balance,
: then went to the beach for a week
: without preparing, ate what was
: there, and my acid went thru the
: roof! terrible pain.
: So now I am back on track, feel great
: after singing the blues, low self
: esteem, terrible thoughts, all the
: old bad stuff, but since getting
: back in the swing of things wanted
: to focus on my acid,
: To get my mind right, my energy level
: good, I have a good eating plan,
: eating within an hour of getting up,
: protein and brown with each meal
: no sugar,
: all is very good and natural, I do
: feel great,
: But i always, always had acid
: indigestion, but with PnP its much
: much less.
: Now, though, keeping my food journal,
: I noticed I never wrote on my acid
: problem, just mood energy etc. I
: dont know why, maybe I was happy
: it was better.
: So today Im working on making the
: changes to improve that, writing
: down every painful burp. Does it
: make my stomach just warm or
: really hurt. Thankfully it doesnt
: rise up to my throat like it used
: to.
: So my changes now, are eating smaller
: portions, but have to eat more
: frequently, maybe 5 or 6 times per
: day, plus the potato at night
: Same meals but smaller. half now and
: half 2 hours later. but the
: writing down my stomach pain
: experience if helping. actually
: how long till I get hungry and
: feel my stomach empty.
: So thats where I am at, not perfect
: and off the plan when should be
: eating 3 or 4 times per day plus
: potato.
: Kathleen had a suggestion to read a
: book "Dropping acid"
: funny name, but I just ordered it.
: But I welcome any suggestions.
Honestly, The book I told you about is the best resource I have found.
It is totally compatible with the program so you don't have to feel conflicted about it.
