Hi Felicia,
I am so glad you are here. We suggst that people start with just doing step one and focusing on breakfast. We do have a list for people who are working on step one, so that is an option.
We actually don't do *accountability* that sounds so harsh. We are more inclined to go for support and encouragement.
If you go tot he website, and click on the seven steps section you can read about the 4 parts of step one. I get up at 4 am most mornings. And what I do is have a little protein shake and then have a *second breakfast* around 8:30.
If you tell us a little about yourself, we can give you better guidance.
