Hi Allison - good to hear that protein is a key for you, too : )

I attended a course over this last weekend, so improvised breakfast with a green smoothie with a full scoop of protein powder - and that worked!

It's so good to not listen to my doubts and thoughts on it but just do it and see what happens ... beginners mind! After spending so many years reading every book that promises good health etc ... I'm just going to keep doing this.
