learning about myself

I posted earlier today. I wasn't feeling very well, but after doing the food today, I feel better already. It helps to realize that my emotions are biochemically based, so doing the food will help me calm down. It helps also to realize how un-disciplined i've been but can't afford to be now. One really can't make forward progress until you absolutely get into present time, being aware of where you actually are, not where you think you are. I have a lot of intellectual knowledge, but i've not applied it effectively or at all. Baby baby steps.And one at a time.
