Nice to hear from you.

My go-to breakfast is a protein shake. I like it because it is so simple to make. I got a "Magic Bullet" blender and it really works well for my shake. I use 1 cup Almond milk, 30 grams of Protein Powder, 1 tablespoon flax oil, and usually add about 1/4 cup of fruit. This gives me the correct amount of protein for my weight, so I don't have to add any other protein. I just add a brown and some veggies and I'm good. For browns, you could do oatmeal in the microwave, or you could get a small rice cooker and cook brown rice in your room. Of course there are many other options, but these are just a few ideas.
