Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I am not always checking my computer and have been out of town exploring the wonders of NYC.
Good advice on not rushing through steps - I am often trying to race to the finish, and that's the athlete in me. I have been working on patience lately...
Today for breakfast I had the most delicious meal ever, oh my goodness. I went out to eat with a friend to a very hip joint, and ordered the *mushroom hash* --
Oyster mushrooms, crispy potatoes, and seasonings all accompanied with fresh leafy greens and cubed beets. Showered with some sunflower seeds + I added 2 over medium eggs on top - BAM - one of the most amazing breakfasts I've had in awhile, the flavor was amazing. And my body was thanking me every bite of the way; talk about a powerful breakfast.
