They are really Amazing.

I was also amused to see what the sweet potato and brown rice stuffing really looks like
my version morphed over the years into mashed sweet potato, combined with onions butter sage and walnuts. I would be in big trouble if I didn't make it Christmas day. Its is now part of tradition. But the original recipe was the inspiration.
