Hello Annie,
Have a (small) plan and stick to it on your step(s) forward.
.If it is step one then do the breakfasts to the very best of your ability.
Then carry on confidently with the rest of your life until one day you can say -- well, I feel better for doing that part.I believe I am ready for the next part.
That worked for me. I hope it can work for you.
