You're never too old to get it - I thought that at 71 and I'm still here at 78 - having "got it". It does seem confusing at first, but looking at only one step at a time.works out well. Sounds like you're OK with breakfast and journal, but still struggling a little with Step 3? Stick with it - you'll get there.
