I have been thinking about this
and ultimately have highlighted the bit that feels the happiest ! I think that emotional improvement is serving you well :h7) and applaud your awareness :h2)

thing is, as Allison says, what's a serving ? my idea might be totally different from yours there are some brown foods that are really sensible but act like sugar for me, really attractive and my serving sized got more and more to ridiculous levels and I was running out and stockpiling them :h6)

you see that difference for me :h6) but it was really clear and ultimately very helpful

it sounds like your body will let you know and you know how to hear ( that listening a big part of healing for me as I used to ignore those messages even though pretty loud)

and also, experimenting with different browns was really helpful for me in that respect. what was satisfying? what didn't pull at me? what was feeling soothing, content, good?

and on the other hand not wishing to complicate matters. did I have enough protein ? some fats? did vegetable addition hit the spot ? I ask because I managed to get my protein wrong in both directions... too much, too little....... for some time :h6)

have you settled on a favourite breakfast or do you like a variety ?
