: So I guess I'll just focus on doing
: the food, lol.: Julie
you know, that is so wise of you
In my step three particularly, there were times like I fell down a hole all of a sudden. It was alarming, but the reasons were very clear..... usually I was messing about blood-sugar wise - but I discovered that I recovered very quickly, and attentiveness to food was the thing............ Each time I thought "Oh no, it doesn't work " and then reassuringly, " oh yes it does, that was just a reminder. A learning about how things are. It was so very predictable and validating. Lunch late, unwise choosing is not stability for me. But that little bit of attention and awareness equals happy and steady
since step seven I have had a fair number of life challenges, and new experiences. I'm happy to share it doesn't all go flat and unexciting and unachievable. Rather it gives one a zest for life, a clarity to working things out and that structural support to build the new things on
You've done so many amazing things already ! Looking forwards to your next news!
