Fats

Hi

I want to add a good fat at breakfast time. I have the autoimmune condition ME/CFS and thought it may also help with that.

I looked in the store at fish oils and feel unsure which would be best. I can see there are wonderful articles on the subject but my brain is still mush being only on step 1.
Pro EPA ?
Pro DHA?
Cod Liver Oil?

Or is there another alternative that would hold me better at breakfast time?
