oooh, celery !

I do NOT like celery. Even stuffed with Philadelphia cheese or peanut butter does no improve it for me. But, roasted celery in olive oil Is acceptable ! it sort of mellows the taste. and what is actually nice is celery soup, made by browning onions, celery, add tin of coconut milk, seasoning. simmer and blend

add whatever else you fancy to this soup, maybe chicken stock, or chilli flakes, or potato. Whatever happens the texture of celery soup is wonderful comforting.

I'm going to the local grocers today because they do the best fat red chillies, garlic and really fresh ginger. All of which added to things makes them lovely - they are going in the stir fried zoodles tonight ( ribboned zucchini)

personally I wouldn't put a tinned anything in an omelette as it would be soggy for my textural tastes, but I would happily have them on the side. I would like the tomato as a soup to go with it. Two dishes :h6)
