: Hello RR Community forum: Hello, I am: having a problem with eating carbs: in general. I'm having a hard time stopping once I start. If I eat
some carbs, even browns, sooner or
: later I start eating compulsively
: again and I am out of control. I
: don't know what to do because my
: body seems to not do well when I
: eat them, I get out of control,
: and if I leave them out, or
: abstain from them altogether, my
: body craves them, and I give in
: again. And on and on it goes. How
: do I break this cycle? Do you have
: any ideas about that? I am just
: off a bender from this weekend and
: I'm feeling confused and out of
: sorts and I can't think straight
: and I'm depressed about my weight.
: Please help.
Hi Annie,
You just nailed the essence: h2) of being a sugar addict
Here is the process:
Choice carbs that are least likely to wake up your carb feelings.
I think a lot of what grabs us is *wheat* because it evokes BE.
So this means, use cream of buckwheat cereal for breakfast,
or oatmeal/porridge.
Just focus on breakfast/Step One. Learn it and deepen it on the Step One
group.
I am not into *breaking* anything: h12)
Doing the steps will heal you. You can trust the process.
