I saw on the TV, a cauliflower 'steak' cutting the head across to make a flat slice. I tried it lightly done in olive oil and loved the texture and how it cut with the knife

but your way is my favourite comfort food kind of thing

I think that's a great idea journaling the vegetables. Certainly I have my feel good favourites

Stir fried white cabbage tonight with chilli and garlic. Theres not much that cant be improved with chilli and garlic either :h10)
