Kathleen: I thank you for your words. I feel so at a loss. If I eat carbs I feel bad, if I don't eat them I feel bad. I will just do breakfast with some George's Restore. I also would like to at least try to eat some protein at lunch and dinner also, but I am wondering if that is "allowed". I am bi-polar and want to figure this out. My brain needs for me to at least feel like I am in control of my destiny. I feel like I am suffering because of what happens when I eat. You say to just think about breakfast for now, but I'd like to be mindful about the rest of my day also. Will I be screwing things up if I do?
