I'm pretty
: good about only eating three meals
: a day with nothing, but liquids,
: in between...so that's good,
: right?

Yes Annie, I love that self care of preparing your meals too that's amazing! :h2)

I will share my experience in case of interest.... I was used to sort of 'white knuckling' as we say, through the day, going from meal to meal with a good dose of willpower inbetween

so when I started the steps I found it really hard to focus on breakfast, I was mostly thinking of step three and four :h6)

I was far too Busy with concentrating on my will power instead

so what I did was introduce a planned snack twice a day, one was peanut butter and ryvita, and another was babybel cheese and some almonds. I remember. I found it very settling

somehow that did get my attention back onto breakfast, and though the aim is no snacks ultimately ( now I'm so laid back I never snack, but I keep one in my handbag for in case :h6) ) I feel it can be a useful steadier especially if like me a volatile blood sugar. And because at the time I had late dinner I kept the afternoon snack in right through to step seven. So my step three stayed kind of adaptable.

anyway back to browns :h10) I hear you on this one, find it very interesting indeed as it echoes my own experience. Good thing is, as you go through the steps, things get clearer. So just for now is there some breakfast thing you could feel comfortable with ? what could you choose to go with the Restore?

Is there something you haven't tried before like buckwheat? as not a grain I believe its related to rhubarb :h6) or something you would not consider a breakfast food? as I have absolutely thrived on chilli with red kidney beans for breakfast :h4)

the rest of the day you can eat what you like :h11) Certainly protein at meals if you fancy some, but lets have breakfast together :h12)
