Hi again Annie,
Change can be very unsettling especially in February.
One day I listed all of the brown food I found especially soothing and then built menus around them. Oatmeal, rye bread, brown rice - well you will have your own list no doubt.
Seems a bit childish but whatever works at this time of the year to incorporate my cravings and the balance in menus.I need more veg and healthy browns.
Today it will be a sweet potato, microwaved up and I splurged on a salad from the deli section of the grocery store.
