I noticed that organic celery tastes much better to me and then best dipped in garlic hummus-yum.Easy,healthful choice to grab some precut celery,carrots and bag of sugar snap peas and hummus..

Also,I am Loving sweet potatoes.Discovered new recipe to brush with olive oil,slow roast @275 for 3 hours,longer if larger.Super yummy.

Edamame or soybeans,precooked in bags at Trader Joes..filling too.For omelettes,I'd recommend making a base of fresh mushrooms,red onions,peppers,whatever your heart desires ahead of time.Precooked,you can lobb a few tablespoons into the eggs

Preparing ahead of time is making all the difference in my day :h11)
