Hi Annie
I totally get what you are saying about not being able to stop eating carbs and also feeling terrible without them. I'm working step 2. I'm finding it very difficult but I know I'm in the right place.
Mosaic I loved hearing about your planned snacks, I'm going to try those, and also that now you never snack. Wow! Would you mind me asking what the snack is that you keep in your handbag just in case?
Annie I think it's amazing that you eat 3 meals a day and no snacks, I seem to graze all day!
