Re: breakfast

dont be hard on yourself for forgetting things Annie. Sugar makes us forget. When I look back over years I am amazed at how brilliant I was just getting through ! We get clever with our coping strategies and these skills transform into really positive things when our biochemistry gets a bit steadier

I'm re reading PnP bit by bit and it is weird looking back. A different sort of 'forgetting' Its jogging my memory. I forgot how difficult it was for me to get breakfast organised. I didn't have time in the mornings. But thanks to forum I learnt that I could do shake the night before and leave it in the fridge ready to go. A stir and it was done. I would put raw oats in it

step one list might also help you with lots of people doing just the same, if you'd like to call by

seems to me you are doing just great because I remember, every "mistake" and "disaster" and " challenge" I was doing, well it wasn't negative at all, just experience, and learning stuff......... you are noticing and connecting, its admirable. Connecting really helps :h11) :h5) :h12)
