Re: breakfast
In Response To: breakfast ()

Hi Annie
Those overeating groups are not usually a good choice for us because they don't understand about sugar sensitivity. They tend to be about rigid control, which might work for some people, but who wants to live their life that way?

As for your breakfast, it's all going to be ok. If you look back at the morning that didn't go well, you can use it as a learning experience. I've found that what really helps me is to know what I'm going to eat for breakfast, so that when I get up, I just follow a plan I've already made. I eat the same breakfast just about every day, because I like it, and because it keeps things simple. Most of the time, I do most of the preparation the night before. (It's a protein shake, and I assemble most of it in the blender carafe the night before. Then in the morning all I have to do is add the protein powder and oats, and blend it. Don't have to think about it.) The only time I do something different is when I'm travelling, and then I come up with a plan beforehand.

Can you think of a plan that will make it easier on challenging mornings?
