Hi Allison!! Well, my plan would be to perhaps prepare some of it the night before. That and just try to get mindful before moving into the kitchen, perhaps that is possible. Yes, I am trying to get to a good place by doing something spiritual before eating. I feel good today and feel good about doing that all through out the day. I feel that I can do it just for today.
