Extra breakfast?

The breakfasts within an hour of waking have been easy so far because I have been at home doing my thing without extraneous circumstances...yesterday my son invited me to his home for breakfast- I got up at 5:30 AM and will be there around 8 for the meal. I am planning to make my shake while there, to get the extra protein in with the meal. I'm anxious :s8( about the meals- should I ALSO be eating at 5:30 AM and then again at 8? This is definitely not my norm but it would be good to get feedback about an "off" meal time.
