I have a question about the timing of eating a potato before sleeping:

Is it important to eat the potato right before bed (ie: within 1/2 hour before bed)?

Can I eat the potato about 2 hours before I go to sleep ?

Here's why:

I practice something called Oil Pulling Therapy nightly, combined with using my Waterpik dental irrigator, right before I go to bed.

Oil Pulling must be done on an empty stomach - after waiting and hour, to and hour and a half or more, after you've last eaten.

Please note: It's not practical for me to do the Oil Pulling and dental irrigation BEFORE I've eaten the potato, because my teeth and mouth won't be clean for my night's sleep.
