Re: Question: Timing of eating a potato before sleeping...

Hello Cael
glad you are here :h11)

I can identify with your story, When I arrived I had been mostly off sugar for four years. In retrospect I see I thought I was doing ok but it heightened all else ! so my poor old brain chemicals were doing their best but oh it was hard work :h6)

I needed the rest of the steps to help me balance, it was an interesting discovery that it wasn't all about sugar ( actually I thought it was all about weight :h6) ) there was a lot going on

So I was potatoing pretty quickly, and missed quite a lot of the embedded things in the steps. I considered myself step six, but I wasn't feeling that great really

Luckily .... forum friends kept on asking me about breakfast :h6) And one poster was writing about her Revisit to the steps. I found that word Revisit very encouraging. My interpretation of that meant that I could go and do it and not lost any of the benefits that I had gained

so I stayed, eating my good stuff, but was able to put my attention properly on to just step one. I learned a LOT :h4)

so I was really pleased to hear your tale, I hope you keep in touch with us and let us know your breakfast news of course :h10)

did you choose a nice one today ? how were you feeling about the four parts ?
