Thank goodness for the forum; reading others' posts is helpful - for example, the "when to have the potato" info showed me that it's three hours after supper, doesn't have to be just before my head hits the pillow. At present, I am still refining step three. I haven't gotten the three meals down pat, still occasionally eat between meals. Am very much aware of my reactions to sweet foods, even an apple crisp made with a little stevia, ww flour and oatmeal yesterday seemed way too exciting
and I wanted to eat it three times a day. And had some several hours after supper.
Where I'm at: I have been doing step four, but since you mention having step three really solid before doing step four, should I stop the vitamins and potato for now? Kind Regards,
