If you come over to www.radiantrecovery.com and click on the tab that says start, it will help you. Read each of those sections.
It will teach you the 4 parts of breakfast. But it is very straightforward.
We have learned a lot since I wrote the books - the last edition was 10 years ago....we have made it simpler on the web.

And of course, you have to tell me what part of Ireland you are from, LOL. My family is from Mayo. I have a soft spot for the Irish lads.
