Hi Sally,

This sounds like it was just awful for you. I understand your feeling about wanting to focus on weight loss right away but realistically that
is not going to happen. Can you get some physical therapy going for your mobility?

Doing the steps will help the inflammation of your arthritis a lot. Rather than focusing on the whole day, what about just focusing on breakfast.
