Hi Sally,
How scary for you to go through that. You are in the right place to find healing. I remember feeling desperate and having a hard time focusing...doing the Radiant Recovery steps helps me so much!

One thing I'm continually learning by doing the food is that putting my focus on one thing at a time is better in the long run than multitasking. And that where I put my energy is what grows. :h4)

And on a purely practical level, if I put my focus and energy on one thing (breakfast) then I will master it and love it more quickly and move to the next step toward my goal than I would if I'm flittering around trying to do a little of this (step 2) and a little of that (step 3) and oh I can add a touch of something else (step 6) getting distracted from what I was trying to accomplish in the first place (step 1) :s4(

So yes, this is an example from my own experience doing the steps :h3) And I'm also reminding myself of this lesson for the present day :h11)
