After doing shake every morning for the past 6 years, I've gotten tired of it. So I'm learning to make omlets and am considering what lunch/supper options I might find interesting first thing in the morning. Can't do cottage cheese (lactose intolerant). Greek yogurt is a possibility... I haven't tried oatmeal made with 'power milk', but might do that tomorrow.
