My favorite breakfast is scrambled egg, bacon and buttered 15 grain bread, but that is only13.5 grams protein; if I double it 2 eggs etc. I'm up to 27 grams protein. Still need 5 more grams, so I have a handful of almonds or some cottage cheese to get up to 32 grams. I like to make the protein shake for lunch. I've been doin breakfast (all four parts) since February 25. So March 25 will be a month. Think I might be ready for Step 2 - Journal by then. I've ordered "Your Body Talks" or something like that from the web site; but have not received it yet. Do you think a month on step 1 if it is good and solid is enough time before moving on to journal. I do want to go slow and not get ahead of myself. Someone wrote that 1 month is not enough time for Step 3. I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. Now, just concentrating on Step 1.
