so, 12 for the baconand egg. The protein in brown things, we don't count, so just the "protein protein" grams :h6)

I did find cottage cheese great for me in the beginning, as its so dense for volume..... I had avoided it for years as I got fed up with it as a 'diet food' :s8( but then I discovered the full fat cottage cheese was rather delicious. I would have the bacon and egg and then whiz up some cottage cheese with cocoa, or ginger and it would be like a mousse pudding. Lovely
or a savoury delicousness with chopped olives, walnuts, pesto and chopped cooked vegetable to eat with a spoon

I added it to shake as well for a top -up protein, it was rather tart and grainy that way but I liked that

what will you choose to add? wish you fun thinking up all your possibilities :h4)
