Thank you. This does help. I am re-doing Step One and will have to consider this step. I am looking forward to week away from home. The last time I was on RR I would not have considered making adjustments for being away. My attitude was, oh well I will just have to take a break I guess. Not this time. I am trying to problem solve a way to get my breakfast protein in within the first hour when I am at the mercy of a program that does not serve breakfast until much later than that. I will be bringing my protein powder and a way to mix it so I can keep on track. Being off just is not appealing to me at this time. I do not wish to lose the ground I have gained so far.
