I have just started the programme, and have been using seeds in my shakes as a source of protein as I'm vegan and I try to avoid processed food (so don't want to have a processed protein powder). 1 tbsp of chia seeds is only 2g of protein though so you'll need to add more protein.
I've been using ground flax seeds too, they're also not that high at about the same, but it's good for omega 3. But hemp seeds are higher in protein at 5g per tbsp. I grind them. I also add unsweetened peanut butter or ground almonds or hazelnuts.
My smoothie is generally, banana, oats, hemp seeds, flax seeds, nut buttter or ground nuts, cacoa powder, one date and soya milk.
