Thank you for the encouragement and reminder to simplify. The discoveries coming this time through are so profound. Before I missed the importance of Browns in breakfast. Probably from rushing through then too.
I will say I am trying to listen more closely to what my body is saying in response to the breakfast I am taking. The protein powder I am using is not the right one. I will be moving to George's restore shortly.
The big shake is not great either. Moving to adding a breakfast sandwich for more dense filling protein and browns.
Thinking more deliberately about travelling and breakfast. All things that got lost my last time(s) through.
I also must say that your words, "What if it does not have to be hard" are continuing to reverberate in my mind. I love this idea and can feel myself moving in this way in other aspects of my life. Relationships, work, exercise, etc.
