What a wonderful solution to do half shake and sandwich ! Clever thought
That just triggered a memory. I did shake and had awful heartburn. I just could not tolerate it at all. But shame was so convenient !
So I mixed it up in a cereal dish,one porridge, added nuts, seeds, ate it with a spoon. Delicious !
It had the advantage of being handy even traveling abroad. I loved it with salted peanuts in a pinch....... Happy memory !
