Linda, check out Elaine's yam cake recipe in the recipe section of this website. She uses whey protein, but you could use a vegan protein powder. I make them all the time and my husband and I love them. We add chopped, roasted pecans.

: smoothies for breakfast. I make a
: big pot of bean soup and eat that

: potato, quinoa, etc. For dinner, I

: on making a bar that I can travel
: without of oat, thawed frozen
: berries, chia, protein powder,
: vanilla, cinnamon, mashed banana,
: and coconut. My goal is to make
